An outside design firm or designer can spend months working with a client on a beautiful design. Then the designer or client reaches out to their preferred contractor and explains/proposes a design. After that the contractor has to reach out to subcontractors (Plumbers, Electricians..) and explain that same design. That can result into structural deficiencies where the design is not always fully possible for the building because of for example a pipe, structure or pillar that cannot be changed. Nobody’s fault, however, this scenario can result in deep frustration, long delays, and more money spent.
At Home Express Corp with our full-time employed engineers, designers, project managers and a full staff of plumbers, electricians, mechanics and so on, we have completed 100’s of designs and renovations in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach. The frustrations of the scenario above are eliminated as we design with the knowledge of the structures of the South Pointe Drive buildings and we design with our engineers right by our side in the office.
